Because we designed and built our building from the ground up for its specific purpose, we just don’t feel like an Executive Suite. Hallways are long, straight, wide and high giving a feeling of expansiveness. Offices all face the exterior, with views of professionally designed landscaping. 1st Floor
Our first floor contains the building’s nerve center: the manager’s office; our workroom containing color copier, binding equipment, postage equipment, and incoming and out going fax machines; the secretarial office; and our reception center. Our two-story lobby is inviting and comfortable and our two conferences rooms are state of the art.
Offices on the first floor are multi-office suites, our largest. Many have their own outside access directly into the landscaped courtyards.

Accessible from our glass-backed elevator or its surrounding master stairway, our second floor features offices that contain 120, 150, 168, and 200 square feet. A copy room has a work table and black and white copy machine. Coffee is available throughout the day in two convenient locations on the floor. Most offices are “singles,” but two-office suites are available as well.

Our third floor contains offices of 135, 150, 168, 204, and 216 square feet. Three two-office suites (315 square feet) feature floor to ceiling windows and two have corner views. With its own copy room, you’re only steps from the copier. Coffee is served in two convenient locations The floor may be accessed from exterior stairways, the elevator, or an interior stairway from the second floor.
